Cheryl Demaree

Managing Director

Cheryl Demaree joined Sandler Capital in 2001. Ms. Demaree is the firm's head trader. Her responsibilities include execution of trades, developing and implementing trading strategies and policies, and developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and sales traders.

Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Ms. Demaree worked as a Sales Associate for Salomon Smith Barney, where she assisted a Senior Portfolio Manager. Her responsibilities included researching potential investment ideas and trading on the behalf of clients. While employed at Smith Barney, Ms. Demaree obtained her Series 7 and 63 licenses. She has a B.S. in Marketing from West Virginia University.
