Overview

In 1990, Sandler Capital established a private equity capability designed to capitalize on the Firm's deep-rooted relationships in the media, communications and entertainment sectors. Since then, the private equity group invested approximately $1.6 billion in 167 transactions across five funds. The private equity funds are not available for new investment.
